Responsibilities of the janitors:
- Janitorial tasks after service request via web portal or department 4.3 / 4.6
- Printing of lecture notes via print order form (also by email)
- Issue of headsets and microphones
- Issue of chalk and whiteboard pens
- Issue of visualizers and beamers
- Replacing light bulbs according to service order
- Minor repairs in the building according to service order
